Customers who qualify for tax exemption can have the exemption added to their existing Kids Foot Locker account. Please follow the steps below to ensure your request is processed correctly.

How to Submit a Tax Exempt Request
To request tax‑exempt status on your account, email our Customer Care team at:
customercare@footlocker.com
Please include the following information in your email:
1. Your Account Information
- Billing Name
- Billing Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address (associated with your account)
2. Your Tax Exemption Certificate
- Attach a PDF copy of your official tax‑exempt form.
(We can only accept PDF format.)
3. Required Email Subject Line
Use the subject line:
“Tax Exempt Request”
This ensures your request is routed to the correct team.
Processing Time
Once received, tax‑exempt requests take up to 1 week to review and add to your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once the update is complete.
Ordering While Your Request Is Being Processed
You don’t need to wait to place an order.
If you make a purchase after sending your tax‑exempt request and your exemption is later approved, we will retroactively refund any taxes paid on eligible orders.
