- If you paid with credit/debit card or gift card, you may return your item to a store for an exchange. To find a store near you, please click here. If you paid with Klarna, the return must be done through the mail, not in a store. See below for more information.

Here's what you need to know for store/mail returns and exchanges:
- You have up to 45 days from the date you received your items to complete the return.
- The items must be in new condition and repackaged in the original box with all tags and packaging included.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our return and exchange policy.
- You'll receive a credit in the original payment method once we get your items.
- Restock fees may apply.
- Our shipping partners suggest returns will reach us in 3-7 business days.

- Tell us the items you'd like to return.
- Send the items back to us (shipping speeds vary by carrier).
- Once we receive your package, we'll ship your new items.
