Kids Foot Locker is required by law to collect applicable sales or use tax on all purchases shipped to states in which we maintain a place of business. The amount of sales tax that will be added to your order is based on the state to which your order is being shipped, the standard sales tax charged in that area and the total dollar amount of your order.
Not all customers will be charged sales tax. These states and regions don't charge sales tax:
- Alaska
- Delaware
- Montana
- New Hampshire
- Oregon
- APO
- FPO
- Military addresses
- American Samoa
- Yukon Territory
New requests for refunds from tax exempt customers must be made within 90 days of order placement or the request will not be honored.
To set up a tax exempt account, you first need a login account. You may create an account by clicking on Welcome, Sign In in the upper right corner of the website. Then, please email us your tax exempt document in pdf format. Your tax exempt request will go through a verification process.
